Commercial Freight & Export Planning

Freight Built Around Order Size, Destination & Delivery Terms

As a US energy drink exporter, we review each shipment individually — because a one-pallet domestic order, a multi-pallet retail replenishment, and a full-container export require entirely different freight planning. We review the shipment structure before issuing the commercial quotation.

Shipping & Export FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask About US Energy Drink Export

Answers to common questions about domestic freight, international export minimums, ports, Incoterms, documentation, and payment.

Do you ship wholesale energy drinks across the United States?

Yes. T20 supports commercial U.S. shipments from South Florida in pallet, multi-pallet, and truckload quantities. Domestic shipping is free on every pallet order in the contiguous U.S.

What is the minimum order for domestic shipping?

The domestic commercial minimum starts at 1 pallet for qualified buyers, subject to product availability and current supply terms.

Do you export energy drinks internationally?

Yes. As a US energy drink exporter we review qualified export orders to Canada, South America, and Europe. The buyer should provide importer and destination requirements before the final export quotation is approved.

What is the minimum international export order?

The minimum export order is 10 pallets.

What ports do you export from?

We ship through Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale) and PortMiami (Miami-Dade) — both within 30–40 miles of our Margate warehouse. That keeps inland drayage short and cost-efficient.

Do you offer FOB and CIF terms?

FOB and CIF can be reviewed for applicable ocean-freight shipments. The exact Incoterm and named port are stated in the written quotation. Canadian overland freight is quoted under different terms, since Incoterms apply to ocean shipments.

Do you offer DDP or DAP terms?

DDP and DAP are reviewed case-by-case. DDP requires us to handle destination customs and duties, which depends on the destination country and importer setup. Contact our sales team with destination details for a review.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

For standard FOB and CIF shipments, destination import clearance, duties, taxes, and local market-entry obligations normally remain the responsibility of the buyer/importer — unless the written transaction documents expressly state otherwise.

What export documents can be provided?

Depending on the shipment: pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, AES/EEI filing where required, certificate of origin, product specifications, and batch/lot/BBD details. The applicable document set is confirmed in the quotation.

What is the HS code for energy drinks?

Energy drinks typically fall under HS 2202.99. Confirmed classification depends on the specific product formula and destination country. We verify against the current Schedule B for each export shipment.

Does every food export require an FDA export certificate?

No. FDA states that it does not require written export certification simply to export food from the U.S. A foreign government or buyer may require an eligible FDA certificate or another destination-specific document for a particular transaction.

What is AES / EEI?

Electronic Export Information is data filed through the Automated Export System when required under U.S. Foreign Trade Regulations. Filing requirements depend on Schedule B classification, value, licensing, and destination.

Do you ship to Brazil, Colombia, Chile, or Peru?

Yes — we review export orders to these markets. Each country has specific importer requirements: Brazil requires RADAR registration, Colombia may require a DIAN-reviewed import license, Chile is handled through Aduanas entry, and Peru is handled through SUNAT entry.

Can you ship LCL (less than container load)?

For loads below full-container volume, we review LCL options case-by-case. Minimum export order remains 10 pallets regardless of shipping mode. Contact our sales team with destination and pallet count for LCL feasibility.

How is freight calculated?

Freight depends on destination, pallet count, shipment weight, products, receiving conditions, route, carrier, port, and delivery term. Submit complete details through the pricing request for a commercial freight review.

How long does shipping take to my state?

Domestic LTL transit from our Margate, FL warehouse typically runs 1–9 business days depending on your region — see the full state-by-state transit table on our U.S. Shipping & Delivery page. South America ocean export from PortMiami typically runs 8–11 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and Zelle are accepted for approved commercial orders. The payment schedule and amount due before shipment are stated on the quotation.
