Getting started

Wholesale ordering basics

Answers for businesses deciding whether T20's wholesale structure fits their purchasing needs.

Read Wholesale Buying Guides →
Who can buy wholesale energy drinks from T20?

T20 is focused on commercial B2B buyers. Typical buyers include convenience stores, gas stations, supermarkets, vending operators, beverage distributors, wholesalers, retail chains and other qualified businesses purchasing inventory for commercial use or resale.

Do you sell directly to individual consumers?

T20's wholesale program is built for commercial buyers rather than ordinary single-case consumer purchases. Businesses should submit company and delivery details through the Request Pricing page.

What is the minimum order quantity in the United States?

The current domestic commercial minimum starts at 1 pallet. Exact case quantity depends on the product's confirmed pallet configuration. See the Energy Drink Pallet Guide before comparing pallet quantities.

Can I place an order below one pallet?

The standard domestic wholesale minimum is one pallet. Do not assume case-level or sample quantities are available unless T20 confirms them in writing for a specific enquiry.

What information do you need to prepare a wholesale quote?

Provide your name, company, buyer type, email/phone, requested brands or SKUs, estimated case/pallet quantity, delivery city/state/ZIP code, full commercial receiving address and any dock, forklift, liftgate or delivery-date requirements. If you are claiming resale or another tax exemption, applicable documentation may also be requested.

What happens after I submit a pricing request?

T20 reviews the buyer, products, quantity and delivery requirement, then confirms the appropriate commercial structure. A formal quotation or pro forma invoice can be issued as the transaction progresses. The written document controls the actual products, pricing, freight and payment terms.

How long is a wholesale quotation valid?

There is no universal public validity period. Wholesale inventory, freight and allocation can change, so the validity period shown on the actual quotation should be treated as controlling.

Does submitting an enquiry reserve inventory?

No. An enquiry or catalog request should not be treated as stock allocation. Inventory is confirmed through the sales process and the written transaction documents for the specific order.

Products & brands

Brand, flavor and availability questions

Availability can change by brand, SKU, volume and current stock. Product pages and quotations should own current commercial availability.

Browse Energy Drinks →
Which energy drink brands can I request?

T20 supports commercial sourcing enquiries across major energy drink brands including Monster Energy, Red Bull, Celsius, Rockstar Energy, Prime Energy and Bang Energy. Availability is not guaranteed for every brand, flavor or pack size at all times.

Are all flavors and can sizes always available?

No. Flavor, can size, case pack and market-version availability can vary. Ask for the exact SKU and pack format you need so the quotation reflects current stock rather than a general brand listing.

Can I order several brands in one wholesale order?

Yes, mixed-brand order requests can be reviewed. The final combination depends on current stock, quantity, compatible pallet configuration and commercial terms. The quotation should list the approved SKUs and case quantities.

Can I request a mixed-flavor or mixed-SKU pallet?

Mixed-pallet requests can be reviewed where inventory and warehouse configuration permit. They are not automatically available for every product. See the Pallet Guide for the difference between single-SKU and mixed pallets.

How do I know the exact case pack for a product?

Confirm the SKU's units per case/tray in the current product specification or quotation. Do not compare two “case prices” until you know whether the case contains the same number and size of cans.

How much shelf life or best-before time will the products have?

Remaining product dating can vary by SKU, batch and allocation. If a minimum remaining shelf-life requirement is important to your business, state it before the quotation is finalized so it can be reviewed for the actual stock.

Does T20 claim to be the official or exclusive distributor of the third-party brands shown?

No such claim should be assumed. Brand names and product references on T20's website identify commercial sourcing categories. They do not by themselves represent an official, exclusive or manufacturer-appointed distributorship unless expressly documented.

Pallets & order volume

Pallet, bulk and truckload questions

Pallet configuration is SKU-specific. Larger order levels should follow sales velocity, storage and working-capital capacity.

Read Pallet Guide →
How many cases are on one pallet of energy drinks?

There is no universal case count. Cases per pallet depend on can size, units per case, carton dimensions, cases per layer, layers per pallet, finished height, weight and supplier configuration. Confirm the exact SKU pallet quantity in the quotation.

How do I calculate how many cans are on a pallet?

Multiply the confirmed cases per pallet by the confirmed units per case. The Pallet Guide includes formulas for cases per pallet, cans per pallet, pallets required and weeks of supply.

What is the difference between a pallet order and a bulk order?

A pallet order is the entry commercial buying unit. “Bulk” generally refers to larger multi-pallet purchasing where the buyer needs more inventory depth than one pallet but may not require a full truckload. See Pallet Orders and Bulk Orders.

When should a buyer consider a truckload?

Truckload purchasing fits businesses with proven demand, sufficient warehouse capacity and working capital to support high-volume inventory. Distributors, wholesalers and multi-location retail operations are typical use cases. See Truckload Orders.

Can I order two to five pallets?

Yes, multi-pallet enquiries can be reviewed. The final product mix, quantity, freight structure and price depend on current availability and the delivery requirement.

Should I buy the largest quantity to get the lowest unit cost?

Not automatically. A larger order only creates value when the business can sell, store and rotate the inventory efficiently. Use sales velocity, weeks of supply and delivered cost—not unit price alone—to choose the order size.

Pricing, resale & tax

Wholesale price and resale-certificate questions

Commercial pricing and tax treatment should be based on the actual order, destination and buyer documentation.

Request Current Pricing →
How is wholesale energy drink pricing determined?

Pricing can vary by brand/SKU, case pack, order volume, current availability, delivery destination and freight requirements. Request a current quotation for the exact products and quantity rather than relying on an old price or a different pack format.

Does the website price always equal my final delivered cost?

No. The delivered total can also include freight, accessorial services and applicable taxes or other transaction costs. The quotation should clearly state what is included and excluded.

Is freight included in the product price?

Do not assume it is. Freight should be shown or described in the actual quotation for the destination and receiving conditions. Use U.S. Shipping & Delivery for the freight inputs T20 needs.

Do I need a resale certificate before buying wholesale?

If your business is claiming tax-exempt treatment for a qualifying resale purchase, T20 may require current resale or exemption documentation before the exempt transaction is completed. The exact document depends on the jurisdiction and transaction.

Is every wholesale energy drink purchase automatically sales-tax exempt?

No. Wholesale status by itself does not automatically make every purchase tax-free. Exemption depends on the applicable law, destination, intended resale and valid buyer documentation.

What is the Florida Annual Resale Certificate?

Florida businesses registered to collect sales tax are issued a Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax. The Florida Department of Revenue says it can be used for qualifying purchases intended for resale, while sellers must document exempt resale transactions. See the Florida Department of Revenue guidance.

Can a resale certificate be used for products my company will consume itself?

Not simply because the company is registered for resale. Florida's guidance, for example, distinguishes items purchased for resale from items used or consumed by the business. Buyers should use exemption documents only for qualifying transactions.

How will applicable sales tax appear on my order?

The quotation or invoice should reflect the tax treatment for the actual transaction. If exemption is claimed, provide the requested current documentation so the seller can document the transaction appropriately.

Payment & transaction documents

How T20 commercial payments are confirmed

Payment should follow the formal transaction documents, not an informal message or old account details.

What payment methods does T20 currently accept for commercial orders?

T20's standard commercial payment methods are Bank Transfer and Zelle. The formal quotation, pro forma invoice or invoice should identify the payment instructions for the specific order.

Do you accept credit cards or PayPal as standard wholesale payment methods?

They are not currently listed as T20's standard wholesale payment methods. Standard methods are Bank Transfer and Zelle unless the formal transaction documents expressly state otherwise.

When is payment due?

T20 does not publish one universal payment schedule for every order. The payment timing and any required stages are stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice or invoice for the actual transaction.

Will I receive a quotation or pro forma invoice before payment?

The sales process can include a formal quotation and, once the commercial details are approved, a pro forma invoice or invoice as applicable. Review the buyer name, products, quantity, freight scope, total and payment details before proceeding.

What should I verify before sending a bank transfer?

Verify the seller/business name, beneficiary/account details, invoice or quotation reference, product quantities, total amount and payment schedule against the current formal transaction document. If any bank detail changes, verify it through T20's official business communication channel before sending funds.

How do I reference my payment?

Use the invoice, pro forma or transaction reference shown in the payment instructions. This makes it easier to match the incoming funds to the correct commercial order.

Will T20 confirm when payment has been received?

Payment confirmation and transaction records can be issued after funds are verified. Product release, packaging or dispatch should follow the payment status and shipment terms stated in the order documents.

U.S. shipping & delivery

Domestic pallet freight and receiving questions

T20's domestic logistics pages own detailed freight mechanics. This section answers the questions buyers need before requesting a delivered quote.

U.S. Shipping Guide →
Does T20 ship wholesale energy drinks across the United States?

Yes. T20 supports U.S. commercial delivery for qualified pallet, multi-pallet and larger-volume orders, with the freight structure selected for the actual shipment and destination.

Where do T20's U.S. wholesale shipments originate?

T20's South Florida shipping / fulfilment origin is 6221 W. Atlantic Blvd, Margate, FL 33063. This should be described as Margate / South Florida—not as a Miami facility.

What shipping methods are used for pallet orders?

Pallet and multi-pallet orders can use commercial freight structures such as LTL or truckload depending on pallet count, weight, dimensions, lane and receiving requirements. T20 is the product supplier; the exact freight service is confirmed per shipment.

What information is needed for an accurate freight quote?

Provide destination ZIP code, pallet count, products, full commercial receiving address, dock/forklift availability, liftgate needs, delivery appointment requirements, receiving hours and any limited-access conditions.

How much does it cost to ship a pallet?

There is no reliable universal pallet freight price. Freight varies with origin/destination, pallet dimensions and weight, classification/density, carrier capacity and services such as liftgate or appointment delivery.

How long does U.S. delivery take?

Transit time varies by lane, carrier schedule, order preparation and delivery conditions. Use the estimate supplied with the actual shipment rather than treating a website-wide transit time as guaranteed.

What is liftgate service and when might I need it?

A liftgate helps lower palletized freight from the truck when the receiving location does not have an appropriate loading dock or forklift arrangement. Tell T20 before freight is booked if liftgate service is required because it can affect the quote.

What should I do if the pallet arrives with visible damage or shortage?

Inspect the shipment before completing delivery where practical. Note visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, take clear photographs and keep relevant packaging, labels and documents so the freight issue can be reviewed.

Is temperature-controlled freight automatically included?

No. Do not assume temperature-controlled service is part of a standard pallet quotation. The freight method and any special handling requirements should be confirmed for the actual products and shipment.

International & export

Export and importer questions

International buyers should confirm market eligibility before the shipment is booked. The linked export pages contain the detailed compliance workflow.

Read Export Guide →
Does T20 supply international commercial buyers?

Yes. T20 supports qualified international B2B enquiries, subject to buyer qualification, product eligibility, destination requirements, freight and export terms.

What is the minimum international export order?

The current T20 international export minimum is 10 pallets.

Which export markets does T20 currently support?

Current export-enquiry markets include Canada, South America and Europe, subject to product eligibility and the requirements of the specific country.

Can any U.S. energy drink SKU be shipped and sold in any country?

No. Destination countries can impose their own caffeine, ingredient, labeling, language, importer, registration and customs requirements. A U.S. label is not automatically valid abroad. See International Shipping.

Does T20 offer FOB or CIF?

FOB or CIF can be reviewed for applicable ocean shipments. The exact named port and Incoterms® 2020 rule should appear in the written quotation. Multimodal or container-terminal transactions may require another rule.

Does CIF mean T20 pays the buyer's import duties and taxes?

No. CIF concerns seller-arranged carriage and required insurance to the named destination port under the applicable rule; destination import clearance, duties and taxes generally remain with the importer unless the written contract says otherwise.

Who is responsible for customs clearance in the destination country?

The foreign importer/buyer generally remains responsible for destination import eligibility, customs clearance, duties, taxes and local requirements under the export structures described on this site, unless the written terms expressly allocate responsibility differently.

What documents are commonly used for an export order?

Common transaction documents can include a pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, export packing list and transport document. AES/EEI proof, origin certificates or destination-specific certificates can also apply. See Export Information. Trade.gov also maintains a Common Export Documents resource.

Does every export require AES / EEI filing?

No. Filing depends on the value under each Schedule B classification and mandatory-filing conditions such as an export licence. Use current Census guidance and T20's Export Information page for the actual shipment.

Does every food export require an FDA export certificate?

No. FDA states that it does not require written certification simply to export food, although foreign governments or buyers may require an eligible certificate. The exporter must follow U.S. law and destination-country requirements. See FDA's food export guidance.

Can T20 promise an FDA Certificate of Free Sale for ordinary energy drinks?

No. FDA currently limits its Certificate of Free Sale to dietary supplements, medical foods and foods for special dietary use. Eligible conventional foods can use other FDA certificate types when required and eligible.

Can I use my own freight forwarder or customs broker?

A buyer-nominated forwarder or broker can be reviewed. The pickup/handoff point, documents, responsibilities and trade terms should be agreed before cargo release.

How long does international shipping take?

Transit varies by country, freight mode, routing, port/terminal conditions, customs and carrier schedules. Use the current estimate in the actual freight quotation instead of a universal website transit guarantee.

Partnership and company-verification questions

Distributor Program →
Does T20 have a distributor program?

Yes. T20 works with qualified distributors, wholesalers and commercial buyers seeking recurring or larger-volume energy drink supply. Use the Distributor Program page for the partnership path.

Does joining the distributor program automatically give me an exclusive territory?

No automatic exclusivity should be assumed. Territory, volume expectations and any special commercial rights would need to be expressly documented in a written agreement.
